The locks have But, we are truly disappointed with Nissan and your dealership. We have two 2020 Sentras that we bought from your dealership in 2021. The locks have failed on each car and needed to repaired 4 times now. We have never had this occur with any other make of car that we have owned. The last repair on my wife's Sentra was 1 1/2 years ago and now it has failed again. There has been a goodwill offer to repair the locks where the dealer will cover 80% and we cover 20% (a total of $102). There is either something seriously wrong with the lock system on the 2020 Sentra or the repairs aren't being done correctly. It appears to be a major problem that I don't want to pay to fix every 1 1/2 years. Nissan corporate and the dealership don't seem to want to acknowledge that there is a problem with the locks or to support their customers in making it right. It makes me question owning a Nissan or using your dealership in the future. More
