Based on your description of the reoccurring issue with the locks, it sounds like a manufacturing concern. As a dealer we always have our customers best interest at heart; however, based on this situation contacting Nissan Consumer affairs is what we would recommend. We are the selling dealer; however, we only sell and service if there is a manufacturing issue that must be brought to Nissan (Manufacture).
