Slow, liars and unreliable I had an oil change coupon for $39.99 if I wanted synthetic oil I have to paid $20.00 extra and I was charged $79.99 also requested a change of air filter, cabin filter and cooling More

In regard to the oil change, the coupon does state it is for a regular oil change and synthetic is additional; regarding the 10% coupon I am not sure why it was overlooked and do apologize if it wasn't applied.
