I brought my car in for service and feel that I was completely taken advantage of. My car is only 3 years old with about 9,000 miles and they tried to charge me $1,500.00. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me that he would take care of it, to just have a seat. I was originally given an estimate that my car would be ready the earliest 12pm. the latest 2pm, my car ended up being ready around 3:30pm. I ended up not receiving the $39.99 for the Oil Change & then I get a 10% discount card in the mail for service within my mailbox. So after $600 service repairs. you might see, I am not at all happy with my service experience. More
