Since that day, Jared Garcia has been my service tech since that day. Firestone in Santa Ana had lied to me and performed services on my Altima that were not needed and didn’t fix things that needed to be fixed. This had been going on for three years. Jared Garcia is a breath of fresh air. He is honest and fair at all times. He will never mislead you and say you need something you don’t. Being a single mom is already difficult, but when you take your car to a place to be fixed you should be able to trust that it will be. I did not have that with Firestone and it was very difficult. I absolutely have that with Jared Garcia at Nissan of Tustin. I always know I am in the best hands and will taken care of. Bravo!!!! More
