My biggest complaint is the lack of communication. When I made the appointment they should have checked if the tire was in stock. I came in for my appointment and was told they didn't have the tire and I had to come back the next day. My appt was 11am. When I get there the second time they said all the services shut down from 12-1p. If they had told me that I would have made the appt at 1 pm, instead of wasting another hour of time sitting in your lounge. My car was not ready at the time they said but no one let me know or gave me a revised time. I went to the service check in 3 times to ask when my car would be ready, no one knew, they said they would check but never got back to me. And the people that were checking weren't there when I went back. Finally Kimberly got back to me and said my car would be ready soon. A half hour later I was driving off. Next time I will just leave my car and not depend on any estimate from your service people. More
