Although this was only the second time i had had Cesar as a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. Cesar was off the following day, when i needed to return my car once th a Service Representative, he recognized me and called me by name right away. Cesar was off the following day, when i needed to return my car once the part had been received, and Mike recognized me as well. There was some confusion as to whether the generic part I had chosen (over OEM) would be suitable, and Mike kept me informed of the process AND made some excellent suggestions for alternatives if the part ended up not being OK. (It was). More
