Overall Great Experience I took my Murano in for a regular oil change. After speaking with Luciano, decided to perform a few other maintenance requirements. After a few hour I took my Murano in for a regular oil change. After speaking with Luciano, decided to perform a few other maintenance requirements. After a few hours, received a call stating there were other damaged parts and an oil leak. Luciano immediately informed me what the cost would be and what was covered in my extended warranty. Needless to say, the upfront communication was extremely appreciated in what ended up being a seamless service experience. I will certainly return and deal directly with Luciano for all future needs. They stood up to the challenge and their word. They took my car in and fixed everything the other dealership didn't or couldn't. As a result, I came back for routine maintenance. They got my car in and out in a few hours, were professional and polite. Luciano is great and if you have a chance, use him as your service advisor. More
