I did have to leave my car at Van Nuys Nissan for the night but they supplied me with a loaner car. Allowing me to finish my necessary shopping for the day and return home. Luciano kept me informed every step of the way so that all my concerns where answered. I picked up the car the next day and he went over everything that was done to put the car back in tip top shape. This was exceptional service and Luciano is a true asset to Nissan. More
