We are sorry to hear this and subsequently we have made efforts to completely re-staff our service department starting from the service manager on down. We have removed the current service manager from his position and have a replacement starting soon that comes from a high-end luxury franchise new car dealership and we expect in the coming weeks and months our customers to note a significant change in how our customers are treated and how services are performed. While we note this is a very rare compliant, even one such complaint of this nature is unacceptable and the General Manager would like to meet with you and discuss what happened and how we can make it right. We look forward to the call.

Called today to speak to GM and wad told he was not in. Strangest thing is-. I took my vehicle in for service on Monday, was not told what service was done and no paperwork was given, assumi g because the service was complimentary for new purchases? Anyways, got a call from the ( i think) service department today Wednesday that the vehicle was due for service. So my question is, If the vehicle was serviced on monday as they said they did, wouldn't that be in the system????. What's the call for. I am so confused

We have terminated the service manager in the same timeline you have drawn here and I am confident the GM , Joe Veltri would want to speak to you and it is true that all Sutherlin GM's traditionally take Wednesday off (one day a week), Joe included so please call back after 12PM on Thursday and lets get this corrected for you and some answers.
