My husband suggested going to Sutherlin and speaking with Teddy, whom he had dealt with when he bought his Rogue. He explained to Teddy what I was looking for, and Teddy took us to the perfect car straightaway. Teddy made the deal easy and quick; no long and drawn out haggling, (which is why I hate buying cars). Just Looking I came in to JUST LOOK.. Was swept into the show room.. I'm just looking!! in a matter of minutes i was giving over my personal history. I'm just LOOK I came in to JUST LOOK.. So long story short After 5 hrs I had a car .. I was Just LOOKING.. I wish they had just let me LOOK. I felt a little pressured not a good thing when your JUST LOOKING.. But unfortunately they came to the price i needed so they sold a car. was the customer happy ? Price wise yes car wise NOT SO MUCH. had they let me JUST LOOK and make an informed decision I would've went with a car i wanted. Not with one that was Pushed and Sold to me. So in retrospect I think if you want HAPPY Customers let them JUST LOOK. If you want to just SELL A CAR. Then continue on those lines. PS I took possession of the car in the early evening and this morning i see my bumper is scratched.. !! So the Nightmare begins.... More
