When using it, they give you the option to text or chat with them which is good for people with phone anxiety like me. However, it turns out that the text or chat isn't based locally. To improve, they should either make it local, or make it more clear you're texting or chatting with corporate rather than the local dealership. Aside from that, I had a good experience. I got good value for my trade in, found a vehicle that met my needs fairly easily, financing that fit my budget and friendly and helpful staff. Paperwork wasn't much fun, but it comes with the territory. More

While the credit manager was very professional - the experience was anything but easy. Too much time spent on the computer and going back and forth to the platform and signing all manner of documents and forms (which I have no idea what they were). I found it upsetting and demoralizing - 2 hours! I have purchased/sold homes quicker!!! This is the 3rd time I have purchased a vehicle from sutherlin- the first 2005 Altima (cash purchase) and then 2017 Sentra. The actual purchase system needs to be streamlined and shortened. More
