Victor (from Nissan) also helped to keep me entertained as the process moved along. We talked Yankees so how bad could the day have been? We solved all NYY problems for the coming season! Meanwhile, Gary R drifted through a number of times to provide comfort and offer food and drink. As I said, it could have been a much longer 5 hours than it was and the overall process was pleasant and painless. More

He was patient, engaging and answered all of my questions. He then helped me to transfer items from my old car to my new car. After showing me all of the features in my new car, he paired my phone for me and then he had the forethought to ask me what type of music that I listened to. He asked the question so that he could program a few stations for my ride home. That is what I call customer service. This white glove type of treatment will have me singing your praises. Simon handled my financial papers with expertise. He answered all of my questions and walked me through all of the documents that I was signing. He offered information on maintenance packages and other items that could be added to the purchase in order to ensure a hassle free experience.
