Was time to trade for a Titan. I recently decided it was time to trade for a 2019 Titan. Aaron D'Amico was AWESOME. He understood my desires and did not play games with me. He tur I recently decided it was time to trade for a 2019 Titan. Aaron D'Amico was AWESOME. He understood my desires and did not play games with me. He turned me over to Marco who was ok but when it came time for delivery of my new Titan, he was nowhere to be found. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, he showed back up but needed to fuel my new vehicle. He seemed distracted and wanted to hurry me along my way. I don't like wasting people's time, nor do I appreciate my time being wasted. This dealership has a wheel you spin for a chance to win prizes (cool idea by the way) and I spun and won a portable GPS system. Marco informed me they didn't have any of those and instead I would get a $25 gift card in the mail? Seemed pretty odd to me and made me wonder what would have happened had I hit the cruise for 2 prize or the $1,500 prize. Javier Acevedo was great too but was continually interrupted during the signing process. Overall was a good (ish) experience and I feel as if I was treated fairly and not taken advantage of, I would go to this dealership again. More
