He was fair and upfront, plus provided competitive pricing for the vehicles I purchased/leased. I do not like dealing with pushy sales people. Aaron is not pushy, and has a great sense of humor, which helps in the stressful time of purchasing a vehicle. I also dealt with Simon Robles in finance. Even though I know he has the interest of the dealership in mind, he was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to purchase/ lease a vehicle. More

Great Experience Came into the Dealership to look at a couple of new cars then was going to look at a Toyota and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When my Wife saw the Rogue she Came into the Dealership to look at a couple of new cars then was going to look at a Toyota and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When my Wife saw the Rogue she wanted it. Had a small problem locating the color she wanted but the found it in Georgia and Flat Beded it to the dealership as I didn't want any miles on it. It was a real pleasure dealing with the Sales Professional, Chris Kahl along with the Sales Mgr Joe Veltri. They made it all happen for us. Highly recommend Chris Kahl! He was the Best!! He even delivered our new Rogue to our home. He showed us all the ins and out of the car along with programming our phones and entrance gate. Terrible Sales Ethics I hate to leave bad reviews but I have to this time. Murphy was great with us, very honest since the beginning over the phone. He asked us to go to the dealership so we can try to close something up. We decided to go to the dealership, having in mind that everything could happen. We were assigned to the sales man Alfonso when we got the dealer surprise!!! They gave us another on Marcos! Oh God what a huge mistake! Marcos is the worse sales person I have known in my life! He doesn’t have no ethics at all! He treated us like if were trash and we couldn’t get any car in the world! We knew our situation and our odds, be he didn’t have to treat us that way! You know why? Because he didn’t know if today our situation could change and we were going to have the money and go there and get approved! you never can mistreat a customer, never! You know about today but not about tomorrow. He didn’t care about us being there with 4 kids and a newborn, he didn’t have no empathy at all with us! I worked in the industry for 6 years and never saw a person like him! So guess what? We sold our van today in the morning, and already got approved on a SUV like we wanted! Your dealer kept telling us my husband got a repo on his credit when he never had a car on his name before, they denied us to see the credit report, guess what? There is no repo on his credit at all! What a no professional this people are!!!We didn’t want to give our business to you dealer because of person like Marcos! Thanks for nothing!!! More
