Great Customer Service. Always a huge help when I have to take my car in for an oil change. Above and beyond! Thomas greeted me at service desk...took info and keys...when I arrived for oil change appointment. He also suggested I have tire rotation, so agree Thomas greeted me at service desk...took info and keys...when I arrived for oil change appointment. He also suggested I have tire rotation, so agreed - to keep our car in top condition. It was a lengthy wait...but nice to have water and snacks in lounge area...and Thomas kept me updated throughout process. He was very cordial...took me to desk to make payment...then walked me out to car! Very pleased...this is why we continue to drive from Sebastian to south Vero for service...rather than use a local auto service center for periodic recommended oil changes. More
