Unbelievably wonderful car-buying experience! I absolutely needed a car and reviewed Sutherlin's inventory online. Great website for ease of use and access to information such as a CarFax. My sear I absolutely needed a car and reviewed Sutherlin's inventory online. Great website for ease of use and access to information such as a CarFax. My search returned a vehicle that appeared to meet ALL of my requirements. That afternoon, I test drove it and, 5 hours later, it was mine! My credit is poor and my trade-in was an older vehicle with high mileage. Despite these difficulties, Holden Brayton, my sales representative, and Javier Acevedo, the Finance Manger (on his scheduled DAY OFF) went above and beyond to provide me with a top-notch customer experience!
