A GREAT Experience! I hadn't bought a car in 15 years and had never bought a used car. That afternoon I went to the dealership and was quickly acknowledged by Aaron and his team. He quickly described what I could expect, what the best price was that they were offering and that Teddy Heflin would be my Sales Consultant. Teddy was very professional , friendly and attentive. He took me for a test drive, offered my water and a snack, and introduced me to others at the dealership; including Laz Lopez the Managing Partner. In the end I bought the car, I love it and felt I was very fairly treated! More

Outstanding Went in to have engine work done, with in 1 business day it was done, although I'm not sure what was truly wrong, I know they fixed it. They got us a loaner car before leaving the car lot for the length of time needed to fix it. Now, the detail job made our truck look like it just came off the production line. I am impressed to say the least. It's been about a week now and the detail is still holding up. I'll be back next time it needs anything. More

His follow up in arranging a VIP meeting for test drive was both comfortable and informative. He was able to coordinate a two vehicle trade and make a new car buying experience easy. His knowledge of the vehicle and understanding a customer level of tolerance for the time it takes to purchase a vehicle made the process almost enjoyable. Top of the line sales team, he was nice enough to give my wife a ride to get our son from the bus, who else does that?! Although we purchased a used vehicle, it was worth making a deal. Very reasonable negotiations, and the fact time an effort was put into us being there made it that much better. No one was pushy, or trying to sway us away from the reason we came in the door!! The people weren't scary like they can sometimes be in other dealerships.
