Can I give zero stars Service manager can't give you a quote without a VIN number. I was in need of battery connector, which got broke on my car. He can give you perishable Service manager can't give you a quote without a VIN number. I was in need of battery connector, which got broke on my car. He can give you perishable part quotes or price without a VIN number, because they are so many....really dumb xxx? For a battery connector you need the VIN nmber? I've called Nissan of Melbourne, and within 2min I got the price, the part, everything, and NO VIN number. Drove over there picked it up, went home , and installed. Maybe he believes that everybody is xxxxxxxx like he is. Yes its you Howard H.Raugh III, parts manager. I've also asked the service consultant why does the 2012 Altima has the fuses on + of the battery? He does not know. Why should I waste my time with this dealer? crazy answer, crazy requests to perform service. Can I give zero stars, or better yet ...minus? More

I highly recommend if you buy a Nissan product ,BUY from Sutherland Nissan Vero Beach ,,,,,,If you live in Fort Pierce ,Port St. Lucie. Take that extra trip to Vero it's well worth it ..DO NOT BUY FROM THE FORT PIERCE STORE,THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE, they told me the car I wanted was sold and it was not available from the dealership they were getting it from ,which was the dealership in Vero . I didn't understand it. I was like didn't want to be bothered , oh just so you know my credit score was 789. After I received the vehicle from Sutherland Nissan in Vero I called Sutherland Nissan in Fort Pierce to complain to the manager how I was lied to and he just hung up on me didn't even want to listen to me .
