Did not deliver as promised I purchased a used car from them. In the negotiation they told me they would fix the front end vibration as long as it was only an alignment problem. I purchased a used car from them. In the negotiation they told me they would fix the front end vibration as long as it was only an alignment problem. If it was more we would have to discuss it. Their mechanic came back and said that the car needed two new front tires. They agreed to replace them if we split the cost. They told me the cost was $125/tire or $250 additional. I agreed but confirmed that they would be putting on similar tires to what was on the rear of the care which were Goodyear. The exact quote from the sales person was, we will not put on "Billy-Bob tires" they will most likely be Goodyear or equivalent. I trusted them and when they brought the car out of the shop I did not check them and took possession of the car. When I got home I realized they had not done what they promised. I called the sales person and he said it was "out of his control" and I needed to speak to the Service Manager and Sales Manager...really? The Service Manager left a message that they had installed "Off Brand" tires but insisted they were very good because he uses them. This is typical Used Car Sales tactics. Lie and deceive the customer. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. It is exactly why I do not trust most used car dealers and never will. To be clear, the Sales Manager and Salesman indicated both tires would be changed. Now the Service Manager posts a response and says it only needed one and they did me a favor. They all need to get their story straight as this contradicts directly what the sales people "sold" to me. By the way, he did not deny putting on "Off Brand" tires as he stated in his call to me - which was exactly what I was promised wouldn't happen. This just shows they are a poor used car delearship and with typical sleazy business tactics to attempt to change the facts and cover themselves rather than correct their unethical behavior. Just a quick update. NO ONE ever contacted me with an offer to swap out the tires! This is a total fabrication and lie. It only reinforces what I experienced - they are not a reputable dealer. Stay away. More

I went in thinking I wouldn't be able to get the vehicle I really wanted or better yet no vehic Sutherlin Nissan is by far the best dealership around! I went in thinking I wouldn't be able to get the vehicle I really wanted or better yet no vehicle at all. Then the team got together and made it happen! I came to the dealership in an old car with high milage and left in a Altima Coupe! So excited!!! Everyone there is amazing. I explained to him at that time that I was traveling a distance and request prompt and timely service. Aaron had come in on his day off and we were both early to the appointment. After two hours, I was driving out of the parking lot. I test drove the vehicle, had my trade evaluated, came to an agreement, and while I was in with the business office, my new to me vehicle was detailed. Great friendly, professional service.
