They lowered my payment 3 weeks later. I bought a new truck on Good Friday. Almost 3 weeks later, I got a call to please come in and sign a new sales contract because they had made a mista I bought a new truck on Good Friday. Almost 3 weeks later, I got a call to please come in and sign a new sales contract because they had made a mistake. Turns out they miscalculated my warranty cost. They lowered my payment by $25/month. I would never have known. I appreciate that level of customer service, which may be why this was my 3rd Nissan truck and probably won't be my last. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. More

Robert Was Awesome!! My car was literally about to clunk out on me. I didn't want to have to start over and buy a new car, but I really didn't have an option. I had heard wonderful things about Camille through a few friends of mine, so I reached out to her. Unfortunately, she wasn't available the same day that I was, so she recommended Robert. I went in to Sutherlin Nissan honestly expecting to leave empty handed. Thankfully Robert ensured that didn't happen. He took his time, listened to my needs and my budget and worked magic. We originally test drove 2 cars; one that he suggested, and one that I had my eye on. Neither of those really worked, but I was kind of desperate, so I was going to settle for the car Robert recommended. He could tell that I was not too thrilled with that car. So instead of taking advantage of me, and my situation, Robert went and found 3 more cars, one of which being a Chevy Malibu that he insisted that I would fall in love with. After test driving 2 of the 3 cars, I had found my dream car...the Chevy Malibu! I couldn't thank Robert enough for all of his assistance. I know my budget wasn't the easiest budget to work with, but Robert made it happen. Not once did I feel rushed, or bullied into making my decision. Actually, after discussing my children, his children, and other topics besides purchasing a car, I honestly felt like I was catching up with an old friend, who was helping me pick out a car. That day was long and tiresome, but well worth it. I'd recommend Robert to anyone who's looking to purchase a car. Thanks Robert!!! More

Completely dissatisfied I went in there looking for a car with certain features and a certain color. I left with a car that wasn't my first choice nor was it the color I want I went in there looking for a car with certain features and a certain color. I left with a car that wasn't my first choice nor was it the color I wanted. It's not comfortable. It's all around terrible. If my sales person cared more about me and my wants for a car I probably would have been more satisfied instead of the fact that he was just trying to make a sale. I am now stuck paying 23,000 dollars for a car I hate! Thanks Sutherland! More
