"We would like to say how sorry we are to hear your opinion of our dealership and sales staff so we would like to revisit the case and sales file to try and understand where the process went wrong. You originally built your new Nissan Versa S on TrueCar prior to visiting our location. Upon arrival, you were meet and greeted by our internet sales manager who showed you the EXACT car and color YOU had built online via TrueCar. Upon review of the vehicle you had selected, you rejected the vehicle because you did not want crank down manual windows on the car YOU built and selected. Our internet sales manager than suggested upgrading you to a 2015 Nissan Versa S Plus for just a slightly higher cost than the base model Versa S you original contacted us for. Next, since blue was not available, you will given the opportunity to look at over 20+ in-stock models (as required under the Terms & Conditions, item #2 for TrueCar discounted e-pricing) and YOU selected the color as a second choice. You were offered a demonstration drive and both you and a friend both rode in the vehicle to make a decision about whether or not it would meet your needs AND budget. Collectively, you BOTH agreed it would. Throughout the entire process nobody said to you that you "must buy this car, treated you rudely, pressured you in to making a decision. Both you and your friend were allowed to participate in the decision making. Ultimately, you both agreed it was the perfect car and at the perfect TrueCar e-price. After delivery, we understand that in a rare few cases, your new Nissan may have an issue. You contacted us and within less than 24 hours an opportunity to schedule a service appointment was provided to you with $0 cost and $0 out-of-pocket for both you and your family. We even agreed if the issue was a warranty issue we would provide you a loaner vehicle so as not to inconvenience you if warranty repairs were necessary. We do not fully understand then how you have found fault with our sales and leasing staff, management or Nissan when none of the points made in review seem applicable, but that does not mean we do not care. For a third time, if you wish to come in and voice your concerns with our management team we will be happy to listen to every one of your concerns and ultimately discuss how we can best be of further assistance to you and your family.
