Great end result...a bit rocky on the way there I stopped in a few days ago in a fit over my current vehicle. I was not looking to purchase that day, but I was "testing the waters." Aaron set me up with Bryan, and we had a verbal understanding of the ballpark I wanted to be in. My wife and I returned yesterday with a 10:30 appointment. We were in the dealership until 6:00. Bryan worked patiently with us, and he was great! Kudos to him for being so easy to work with. Before we went to finance, Gene got involved because the ballpark I wanted to be in apparently didn't include the extended warranty and maintenance package I was looking for. We spent the entire afternoon in finance with Simon. After being given an offer, my wife and I stood up to leave because I just wasn't comfortable, financially, with that offer. Enter Laz, and the numbers magically come down, and we reach a deal. My question is...why did it take us threatening to leave in order for the deal to get done?! I am very thankful to have worked with Bryan as the salesman, and I am thankful that Laz was able to step in and save the day. This should not have take 7.5 hours to get done. I am much happier with my experience at Sutherlin yesterday than I was with the prior owner on my wife's purchase three years ago. I will happily recommend Sutherlin, specifically Bryan Cade, to any friends looking for a new Nissan on the Treasure Coast. More

Being a Vero Beach native for 59 years I had always heard that "You have to go out of town to buy a car in Vero B I was simply looking for a new car. That is no longer the case now that the Sutherlin Auto group is now our NISSAN dealer in Vero Beach. I have been a proud owner of a 2005 Nissan Murano"S" and it is a wonderful vehicle. Time for a new car. The Staff at this Sutherlin Dealership are friendly, caring and TRUTHFUL. I purchased a new Rogue in about 3 hours and they exceeded my expectations in fairness, value, honesty and most of all quickly finishing the whole state required sales process. WOW, I cannot believe that buying a new vehicle in Vero Beach could be so easy and valued right. The owner and managers were there in person, on the floor, on the lot, talking and assisting the customers and sales people during my visit. I feel that they will stand behind their actions and finally create a trusting relationship with their new customers daily.
