Left dealership and forgot my garage door opener in my trade in. Called immediately and was guaranteed it would be mailed to me. 20 days have passed and never received the remote. Day after purchasing the trade in. Called immediately and was guaranteed it would be mailed to me. 20 days have passed and never received the remote. Day after purchasing the car warning sign went on saying car was still in shipping mode. I was told to bring it to the nearest Sutherlin dealership, where they fixed it with tape. An associate from Vero picked up the car and had it fixed and returned the car practically on empty. I have called numerous times trying to speak to the sales manager or general manager at Vero and apparantly they are always at a meeting and have never returned my calls. As much as I like the car, I will never go to Vero for my service and I will never buy another Nissan. More
