Thank you again for the feedback and we only grow from learning what customers perceptions of our team is like and how we might improve it. As a note, Nissan North America requires "everyone" of our sales and leasing staff to complete over 40 hours of product and customer sales skills training "every" quarter plus no less than 1-2 Virtual Classroom instructions "every" quarter. It is electronic, mostly web based and Nissan North America, "NOT" the dealership administers, supervises and oversees the training that requires in every assessment a "minimum" of 90% comprehension to advance to they are no longer allowed to sell for Nissan, forget what Sutherlin would approve or no approve. We also do weekly walkaround through role play and our management team often listens in on our sales staff so they can "get involved" quickly if it appears we are going off track., Our dealership has been awarded The "Circle of Excellence" Award every year since we began running operations at Sutherlin Nissan Vero Beach and by consumer reviews is in the top 10% of Florida Dealerships for Customer Satisfaction every year since 2015 as rated by our customers and guest doing business with us at Sutherlin Nissan Vero Beach at the only Sutherlin Nissan franchise in the "state of Florida" to do this five consecutive years in a row. Perhaps you got us on a bad day or perhaps we caught you on a bad day, but we do appreciate the feedback so we can focus on training issues at hand and continue to deliver only the best possible consumer knowledge, training, information and customer satisfaction along the Treasure and Space Coasts.

I am glad you all get trained but applying the training in a real life situation never happened on this particular day. I don’t think it was our bad day. We were doing fine until the sales manager thought our salesman was taking too long and brought us in another salesman and caused more confusion. Perhaps he was coming in to try to help, but we never felt our salesman needed help and to us this is when our frustration and confusion started. We were never introduced to the new salesman or told why the other one was not handling us. We were not having a bad day when while switching salesmen, they took several copies of our driver’s license because they kept losing the copies and during this switching they also lost our drivers licenses. And it wasn’t our bad day when the salesman and sales manager got into an argument in the show room so loud we heard it in the office with the door shut! And it wasn’t our bad day when every employee at that dealership kept mentioning that they would be in trouble if we gave a bad review. So thank you for caring enough to scare them into you wanting a good score but telling us your good ratings within Nissan does not excuse their performance that day. We were thanked several times for our patience and at no time did we show our frustration only that it was a long day. 6 hours to buy a car is a bit excessive when much of that time was wasted when they didn’t know what each other was doing. And handled it unprofessionally when they criticized each other to us about the other person. If they would have left the original salesman handle it, we could have been done much quicker. Also, we weren’t having a bad when after we got home and noticed 2 out of 4 valve stem covers on our nitrogen tires were missing. We were going to be driving 18 hours and wanted the covers. We called Gary because after our sale he said “call me if you need anything”. We told him we would be leaving the next week for our trip and he promised to put them in the mail that day. When we hadn’t received them, we took the hour drive to your dealership and spoke with another manager because Gary wasn’t in. He took two off another vehicle and put them on ours and said we should have them with the nitrogen tires. So thank you for your response but I don’t think any of this was handled in a way where we will be returning to your dealership.
