This dealership is horrible nothing but false promises! After they sell you a car that’s it your are screwed because it’s like pulling teeth to get them to call you back or do what they said they would do. After they sell you a car that’s it your are screwed because it’s like pulling teeth to get them to call you back or do what they said they would do. Came 3 times for service and even though we have loaner car service we paid for couldn’t get a car. Made to wait and still didn’t get work done. The mangers will not come to the phone and claim they never got the messages. Everyone passes the blame to the others and they can’t seem to get it right. They are a small dealership you would be better served to go else where if you want to get good service. “Managers” really do nothing to help all they want is for you to stop interrupting other sales. Also they wild fees for Reconditioning which they pass in to you. Very poor service would give zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and avoid Sutherlin Nissan and probably all sutherlin brands! More
