Completely disappointed with the dealership. I chose the dealership after reading the customer reviews. After being seated at a table, I was greeted by Mr. D'Amico. We quickly went through what vehicle I dealership after reading the customer reviews. After being seated at a table, I was greeted by Mr. D'Amico. We quickly went through what vehicle I was looking for. He excused himself, left for a few minutes, upon his return he introduced me to an in-house sales rep, Kat Carnahan. After the introduction, he told her what vehicle I was looking to test drive. When she left the showroom, to bring the vehicle around, Mr. D'Amico came over to me with the carfax. We ran over that quickly, there was nothing unusual to discuss about it. Then I was left to sit and wait for Kat to return with the vehicle. After a few minutes she did return, informing me the vehicle had a dead battery that had to be jumped. Battery was jumped, car brought to the front of dealership. Kat and I then went in to fill out some paperwork prior to the test drive. During my walk around of the vehicle I noted a few things that needed to be addressed. So an "We Owe" list was created. After the list was done, I went out into the shop with the used car manager, and pointed out the flaws, (Rims which he said would be taken care of, scratches/scuffs on the trunk lid and bumper under the trunk lid which he also said would be taken care of prior to delivery. The used car manager made me feel very uncomfortable. He seemed to have this "pissed off at the world" attitude, and made me feel as if I was being an inconvenience to him. During price negotiations, I was double teamed by him and Mr. D'Amico as the sales rep sat back (she basically was forced out of the process in my opinion). I then pointed out another vehicle that I was interested in at their sister dealership down the road, and was informed that is not something they do. I pointed out that there was an sales rep from the other dealership showing a customer a vehicle, to which, it was again this is not what is done. (The only reason I knew the sales rep was from the sister dealership is that I was at that dealership the day before}. I was told that they are 2 complete dealerships independent of each other which left me still wondering why was the rep from the other dealership showing vehicle(s) to the customer. Once price was negotiated it was onto the finance desk where I met Javier. Javier, unlike the used car manager made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. He did not rush through the process as what was tried during the sale of the vehicle, he took the time to understand what I wanted to do, and then went through tons of banks/credit unions to find me the best rate. I honestly felt he was looking out for what would be best for me. After all was done, I left the dealership thinking that all on the "We Owe" list would be completed prior to delivery. The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner, but not one item on the "We Owe" list had been done. The sales rep informed me all would be completed on Monday (Labor day), but I would have to have to vehicle there at 9 A.M., also I was handed one key fob and was again informed by the rep that only one fob because it was a trade in, yet when I gave them my vehicle I handed two fobs to the rep. So now I drive there through pouring rain to be there by 9 A.M., and the person doing the rims told Kat it would be approximately 45 minutes to an hour for each rim. So she said I'll get you a loaner (at no cost to me I might add). Again the used car manager comes into play and with a look asks if I can't just wait a few minutes for the job to get done. Kat explained that it would be at least 4 hours, and with a disgusted look he told her to get me a loaner. Finally the call comes that all had been completed. I drove back the dealer, turned in the loaner to Kat, got my keys and drove home. Back at my house I then inspected the vehicle, seeing the rims were done, but then noticed the scratches on the trunk lid were still present, as well as the scuffs/scratches on the bumper under the trunk lid. Kat called me the next day to see if I was happy with the work, I explained that other than the rims being resurfaced, nothing else on the "We Owe" list had been done. She said I could bring it back and they would take care of it. (It is approximately and 45-60 minute drive to the dealership). I declined as I explained to her that the used car manager would probably become involved and I was not willing to deal with him as he made me feel very uncomfortable. To end this the most helpful in my opinion was Kat (sales), and Javier (Finance Dept). More
