Nissan of Vero Beach

Everyone was very friendly and the buying process was easy and quick. I had great contact and communication with everyone prior to my purchase but after my purchase I did not get the communication I had easy and quick. I unfortunately ended up purchasing my vehicle at night, and felt a little rushed because closing time was near, although they did not rush me, it was just how I felt. I ended up hating my car purchase, and regretting it less than 24 hours after signing the deal. I realized the car purchased was much much smaller than I had originally thought, and I hated the feel of how it handled on the road after driving it some more. Also , in the morning light, it was obvious that my vehicle had not even been cleaned, as there were many stains in the seat tops, and roof of the car, that I had not noticed in the dark. I attempted to try to see what could be done to switch vehicles or find some kind of mutually acceptable agreement with another vehicle but was told there was nothing that could be done. They did offer to re-detail my car for free and fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience. However, I was sad that the dealership couldn't work with me to help find me a vehicle that I was happy with and worked better for me, especially with such a large dealership. However the price on the vehicle was fantastic! and the service was friendly. More
