Still not thecar I wanted Was looking for a 2019 Nissan Rogue with opalescent white exterior and a light tan interior. They did not have what I wanted, got what they had. Was disappointed they did not reach out to other dealerships to find what I really wanted. Don't care for the center console at all. The car is more manual than I asked for. In the end...after 6 hours, I have payments I can afford. I guess that is what is important, right? More

Chris was amazing from start to finish with trading in my car that I was upside down in. Both he and Holden took the time to run the numbers and get me into a new vehicle. They worked it out so I could have car that I was upside down in. Both he and Holden took the time to run the numbers and get me into a new vehicle. They worked it out so I could have everything I wanted in a car despite what I still owed on my previous car. There is no pressure- Chris treated me like I was his own daughter. He even surprised me when the car was delivered. I honestly got every single thing I wanted in a car and the experience was 10/10 from start to finish. Although my visit was 5 hours long- and I still didn’t leave with the car I purchased- it was a pleasant experience. Eric was great and was super nice and easy to work with. Def would come back. I was leave with the car I purchased- it was a pleasant experience. Eric was great and was super nice and easy to work with. Def would come back. I was shown a car that wasn’t ready yet and have to go back in a few days once it’s fully cleaned, maintenances and looked over. I appreciate the attention to detail and the safety of the car being sold. They’ve given me a loaner until then which is appreciated. Cannot wait until I get to go back on Monday and pick up my new car! :) Overall a great experience. And this is my first Nissan :) More
