Truly awful customer service. I have been in contact with Teddy in sales for about a week attempting to work out pricing on a vehicle that I am very interested in purchasing, and I have been unable to even o Teddy in sales for about a week attempting to work out pricing on a vehicle that I am very interested in purchasing, and I have been unable to even obtain a quote with full breakdown for him although he has told me he would send it twice. He has shown no interest in selling me the vehicle, and has really deterred me from visiting the dealership in person. Unprofessional all around. Update: I did end up finally receiving the quote, and they added on over $2,000 in additional fees on a $ 12,000 car for reconditioning, service fees, and documentation. A dealership should never have you pay for service on a used car they are trying to sell you. Make sure you ask for a full breakdown if you decide to do business here!! More
