sales person mis lead me waited 1/5 hours to get paper work I was in discussions with a sales person on the nissan pick up truck. I question if the truck had a hitch and wiring. I was told no but the dealershi I was in discussions with a sales person on the nissan pick up truck. I question if the truck had a hitch and wiring. I was told no but the dealership could install at no expense or a low cost. Made appointment to see the pick up and test drive it. It was between 2-3 on saturday. I drove from sebastian to the dealership and when i arrived i was told the salesperson that i was scheduled to meet and talk with left early. They then gave me to a person called eric. He showed me the truck, what do you know there was a hitch and wiring already on the truck, not new but was on there when the truck was trade in. Therefore this first sales person that did not show up was not honest with me. Eric did everything right, and i could not ask for anything more. However the second issue after the deal was made and agree to, i sat waiting 1.5 hours to have a financial person to finish the paperwork. These are the three basic reasons for my low approval, 1 sales person lied about the hitch, 2 salesperson left early when he had a scheduled appoint with me and i did arrive at 230 pm for a 2-3 appointment, and then waiting 1.5 hours to have paperwork finished up. Bill Large was knowledgeable and kind he was also very patient as I selected the perfect vehicle for myself. Bill explained the features of the vehicle and was sure I knew how to set up everything to my liking. Bill also explained the different type extended warranties available, as that was something I wanted to be sure I had. Mr. Simon Robles helped explain the financing options available and was sure to explain all of the details needed to purchase my Beautiful Murano. I couldn't be happier about my purchase experience.
