In 2015 I bout a Nissan Sentra from Sutherlin in Vero. Best service ever, yall worked with me and was able to finance my Sentra. Ikept it for 2 years than I went to Sutherlin in Fort Pierce thinking all sutherlins were the same...... I was wrong. Me and My husband went in January 2018 and bought two 2018 Nissan Altima limited addition , my car had issues the very next day after buying it. I went in to have the issues fixed the service manager called me every name under the sun including stupid white xxxxx. From that moment on whenever my car needed service I drove past fort pierce sutherlin to the Vero location. not only was I treated with respect but you were able to fix my car(turns out the manufacture had left some of the parts in the box and y'all had to pull cardboard out of my engine). that brings us to current. yesterday went to the Vero location, we were welcomed and felt respected not by one or two employees but ALL of them. I felt like we were hanging out with old friends, you helped us get the car we wanted for the price we could afford all while treating us with dignity and respect, so for that as of now we are lifers, y'all are stuck with us! we will be bringing both Nissan's to you for service and in the next few months hubby wants to trade up into a truck. I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of each other . That is not a bad thing... I look forward to future business with your location. More

It was raining and the Altima being test driven was under a covered overhang, so I did not get wet getting in and out of the test vehicle. The salesman was extremely helpful describing the dealership and the specific model prior to the test drive, during the test drive and back in the office. The dealership and salesman's office were exceptionally clean and organized. The processing of the lease paperwork was efficient and no up-selling which was appreciated. The salesman made me feel as a valued client and followed up that all was well after taking the car home. More
