Took 9 hours to buy our car. They charged a prep fee of $864 for detailng, safety inspection, oil change, air filter, tire rotation and wheel alignment. None of which was done. Car pulled dangerously to $864 for detailng, safety inspection, oil change, air filter, tire rotation and wheel alignment. None of which was done. Car pulled dangerously to right at 70mph. Returned vehicle to us with literally no gas in it on the 3rd day after we bought it. Car still pulls to the right. Terrible experience. To add insult to injury they offered a gift card but failed to deliver on that too. Go elsewhere. More

Purchasing my second Nissa Armada Overall we enjoyed Teddy our salesman. We initiated the transaction online and then met him at the dealership. He was nice. personable. I do wish he would have disclosed and explained about the certified pre-owned charges before we got there. It was $900 plus another $999 and I was caught off guard having to be responsible to pay the mechanical fixes on a car they were selling to me! Finance - he was very persobable. However he would NOT wear a mask and we asked him to and we wore ours. We therefore tried to do the paperwork 6 feet from him but it was difficuly. He touched his nose, lips, eyeglasses no less than 50 time and kept touching our papers after. I felt unsafe, I let him know. I was also caught off guard that other than a few car attendants outside, NO ONE wore masks or respected the 6 foot social distancing guidelines for businesses. NO ONE.Teddy did wear a mask after we asked him to and was nice. More
