It is a long story but a WARNING to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle from Walla Walla Nissan! In February of this year, someone backed into my car and totaled it. This led to being without my own vehicle a a vehicle from Walla Walla Nissan! In February of this year, someone backed into my car and totaled it. This led to being without my own vehicle and having to car shop with a moderate urgency. I went to Walla Walla Nissan where their salesman, not only sold the car I had on hold from underneath me, selling it the night before I showed up for an appointment to view said car, but lied about the condition of the car I signed for. When I showed up to my appointment, they notified me they sold it. But because I had already driven 2 hours to the dealership I decided to just shop for another car. I ended up looking at a 2012 Nissan Rogue they had listed for $14,000. In negotiations, we agreed on a price tag of $11,000, Cash. No payments no financing. I asked 3 times during the different phases of this car deal, if the car was in good condition, if it would be safe for myself and my children. I was told every time I asked that it had been serviced and inspected and was in great condition. Fast forward 2 months, my children and I were on a trip into Idaho for a family event. On the way home, in between Ketchum and Mountain Home, my car started acting up. Breaking erratically and jerking so badly I had to pull off the side of the road. After an intermission, and family looking at it at a rest stop, I decided to keep going and just taking it slow. Going 10 under the speed limit and my children riding with my brother and sister in law. That night, my car got worse, while my brother and sister in law were attempting to drive it back to Oregon. I had to have roadside towing pick it up at 1 am at a gas station in Nampa and take it to Les Schwab- thinking it was something to do with my traction control going out. We had no idea my transmission was out until 3 days later, keeping myself and my children stranded in Boise over memorial day weekend. On top of the transmission going out- a $3,000 repair, there is about $8,000 worth of other issues that were never brought to my attention during the purchase of my car. All this to say, Do not trust the salesman Jason, or the trustworthiness or word of Nissan in Walla Walla! I have called them I have left voicemails asking to talk to the GM. I have emailed and left messages on their page to please contact me. With not one response. They sold me a lemon and risked myself and my children. I am filing a complaint with State Attorney General and telling anyone that will listen. I'm a single mom with 3 children that depend on me. Nissan of Walla Walla robbed me. They lied and deceived me, putting my kids lives and well being at risk. More
