?????????? The only vehicle another dealership said I qualified for was a basic 2020 Buick Encore at nearly 30% interest. I had originally wanted a larger SUV like a Durango, but was told that wasn’t an option. Then I came to Chevrolet Nissan of Walla Walla (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0)—and everything changed. Dominick and Misty actually listened. They treated me with respect and worked hard to find the right fit. I ended up in a fully loaded 2024 Mazda CX-9 that is absolutely perfect for me—I didn’t even know this was the one, but it exceeded every expectation. They went above and beyond—helped cover most of my down payment and even delivered the vehicle to me. That level of service is rare. This is how car buying should be. Honest, thoughtful, and truly next-level service. Customer for life—and I’ll be sending my world-famous cinnamon rolls as a thank you! More

Jose was amazing! I would definitely recommend his service to anyone as he is great at what he does. My only recommendation would be for the customer service waiting area to add snacks and offer bottled beverages along with coffee as its bare. There was only chairs and a television that wasn't on at 11:30 am. I was not offered any refreshments during my wait time. More
