Haven't gotten my license plate in 3 months. Every attempt made for updates are blatantly ignored. I did receive one response after making a BBB complaint stating "sorry, we're working on it." which u attempt made for updates are blatantly ignored. Purchased a '16 rogue April '18 - after a while was experiencing minor annoyances with both fobs 'incorrect key ID' so wld just sync them. Have gotten so bad that I have to sync it at least 90% of the experiencing minor annoyances with both fobs 'incorrect key ID' so wld just sync them. Have gotten so bad that I have to sync it at least 90% of the time now - yes, have changed the battery twice!! Here lately it is taking 5-7 minutes for it to sync! The other day I finally went to the dealership and said that maybe the fob needs to be reprogrammed. I was told to run over to the service center on Charlotte Ave - it cld be something like the wrong brand of battery. Went there yesterday (mind you you have to purchase warranty and maintenance one says 60/60000 and other 36/36000) I'm informed that it's expired - and the charge wld be $140 for a diagnostic test to see why the fob doesn't work!! It's the fob that came with the car in order to start it! No consideration to the fact that things were shut down due to the pandemic! Nevermind I cld possibly get a new fob programmed for less,! Should you purchase from this dealership - even if it's an inconvenience - like something as trivial if your as your door closing a little too loud - take it to the service center - waste the center's time - just to make sure you get good use of the 4500 you spent for maintenance! 👎🏼 More
