Nissan Titan owners or any Nissan at all beware. Horrible service. I will never go to this service station again. Took my 2019 Nissan Titan in because it felt very under powered and was m beware. Took my 2019 Nissan Titan in because it felt very under powered and was making a load whooshing noise under the hood and all I got was the run around. They threw every excuse at me. First was: we had our "best tech" working on it and he said it was normal. Took the truck back and did an 80 mile trip and the truck sounds like a 747 taking off on a run way and my gas mileage dropped. So back I went. Dropped the truck off and EVEN told the person writing me up that I researched online and every information I pulled up was saying that the fan clutch needed to be replaced. I even spoon fed them the information! Got a phone call from them and voice mail said that they heard the noise and we're opening up a case with Nissan. 2 days later I get a phone call saying to come pick up the truck. I get there and their excuse was: We had a tech that drives a titan and he said that the truck it working and driving how it should. So from a phone call that said we heard the noise and are opening up a case with Nissan to we had a tech that drives a titan and said it's driving the way it should.. Really Westbury, really ??? I guess you are to busy selling cracked brake rotors that can break like I heard the other guy on the phone telling someone. You lost all my future business and anyone that I meet that has a Nissan. I'll make it a pont to let them know to avoid you. More

The people at the dealer ship are horrible, they lie and don’t care about the customer. That being said the service center is wonderful! After I came back three separate times, dragged a mechanic out to check on the car, have my credit run, and a loan processed in my name I am THEN told there are $1495 in dealer fees? I was quoted a price of 11,700 more times than I can count but after everything is already done I am told for the first time that the car is actually going to cost over 13,000 before tax? While I know that you can charge certain fees you cannot quote a price and change it at the last second and the price I was quoted all week was not the total cost of the car when I purchased it and I was not made aware of that until everything was already finished. To be told at the last second that the car is $1495 more than the price that I was quoted is disgusting. Small dealer fees like the $90 for processing are fine I have no problem with some dealer fees for going through you guys but a 13% increase in the price of the car is ridiculous. More
