Great job! Frank (service Advisor) and Mike (mechanic) did a terrific job. Mike did a brake job, then ordered parts for three other projects, which were completed in three plus hours when I returned the did a terrific job. No communication between employees . Spoke to numerous people and phone and at the dealership , no one was to be found . Zero accountability and continued to pass the buck . Having said that , my dealer, Marta, was wonderful and the sole reason I purchased the car. Apparently there was a turnover of management that week . I hope the new leaders make positive changes because the current business practices were awful. More
