I was very disappointed in my experience at Westbury Nissan. My salesman handed me the keys to my new Nissan Leaf which is my first electric car and did not go over anything with me. He did not have muc Nissan. My salesman handed me the keys to my new Nissan Leaf which is my first electric car and did not go over anything with me. He did not have much knowledge and did not explain how my car works. I was uneasy driving home due to the lack of knowledge I had about the vehicle. My family has owned Nissans for years and this was one of the reasons why I decided to purchase the Leaf. They always received outstanding service at other Nissan dealerships. We waited for hours and had to keep tracking down our salesman. He told us to go to lunch for an hour and a half while the vehicle was being prepped. We did and still had to wait another hour. They gave me the Leaf with an 80% charge and pieces of plastic were still inside the door frame. The finance guy handed me an envelope with my paperwork. When I arrived home, I saw that my insurance card was not included with the paperwork. I will not be recommending Nissan of Westbury. I was very disappointed with my experience. More
