Terrible place, slow and untrustworthy. Set up my appointment with Drew. He told me he'd bump other appointments to get me there. I get to the dealership Saturday morning, waited roughly two hour appointment with Drew. He told me he'd bump other appointments to get me there. I get to the dealership Saturday morning, waited roughly two hours and was told they did a diagnostic but it needs further diagnostics through Nissan Tech Support. Monday I did not call them since Sean (Service Manager) told me that there was another diesel that needed to be finished up and my truck would not be checked on Monday. I appreciated that he was honest with me. Tuesday, I called up to find out if there was any progress and no one was able to speak with me so I left a message. I waited all day and no one returned my call. Wednesday at 3pm i called yet again to get an update on my truck and was told that they didn't even start on my truck. I was given nothing but excuse after excuse on what the delay was. If they didn't have the man power to deal with my truck they should have been honest with me from the get-go and not have wasted my time. More
