Aside from issues with the title, just received a notice from bank that payments haven’t been made and we owe a late fee. Payments have been devoted from my checking account, so where are they going?? Dealership set up auto debit, even made it no-weekly for us. Thanks! They failed to mention the $400 fee for that service! That’s just sleazy. Not only did you charge a fee that wasn’t disclosed, the company isn’t even paying my car payment!! When you think of car dealerships you think slimey and sleazy and this one is right up there. More

We had our eye on a Rogue and Julio pointed us in the direction of a lightly used 2018 Rogue. The sales process was easy. I recommend this dealership and Julio in particular for your sales needs. EDIT: Several weeks later, I'm still loving the car. The dealership however, never again. Many mistakes were made on the dealership's end involving putting my wife on the title of the car. They had no problem making sure she was financially responsible for it though. When asked why just my name appeared on the title, they responded with, "Well, you didn't ask to be put on it." Julio is playing semantics now saying he wasn't responsible for this, even though he had no problem making sure my wife was added to the loan application. All they had to do was take 2 minutes to make sure all the paperwork was in order. Now they're withholding my title until the title from my old car is sent to them. More
