Buyer beware I will start off by saying Was I foolish? Absolutely! but maybe I can save you from from falling into the situation I did. First I was contacted by Westbury Nissan swearing (3 times) that they had the exact vehicle I searched for on Consumers Build a Car service. After entering into this "pit" of a dealership I was told that actually no they didn't have it (well there is lie # 1) but would find the model I desired for a mere $550 month lease payment (I was putting down taxes, reg and bank fees). I was quoted by a "reputable" dealership for that vehicle with those terms at $359. I walked out. While still in my car in their parking lot the salesman came out to me and offered an upgraded model, which was a demo, for the original terms requested ($350 +++). This peaked my interest. I was handed off to 2 other gentlemen to continue my discussions. My "just a few more minutes" process took approximately 3 1/2 hours and the payment terms kept changing and changing. When I questioned several times why my agreed to fees were so much I got a myriad of stories that were ever changing. And that "tax and fee pot" kept going up and up. This is not my first purchase or lease so I am not new to the process. The interactions I endured here were new to me. The constant focus to keep up with all the twists and turns was dizzying and exhausting, part of the game for this type of sales culture I guess. In my opinion their slick maneuvers were very deceptive and intentional. This is a well orchestrated group. Once they meet opposition they pass you off to someone else or their story and explanation of the math involved in your transaction changes-over and over and over. More lies but I couldn't keep up the count. If you do go into this dealership be sure you are well prepared to do a lot of fact checking. And be well rested because they are going to wear you out!! I suggest you make sure you read every last word of what is presented, at least twice, because the salesman's and finance manager's explanations just don't add up to what is actually on the paperwork. And don't believe the sincerity behind the false comradery. They are certainly not interested in keeping you within the monetary parameters you have in mind. That's just a jumping off point for them. And notate the "dumbfounded" look on their faces when you catch them in their lies. Oh and I forgot to mention...the truck broke down within 24 hours of having it and it had to be taken to their repair shop immediately. If your up to a challenge, by all means visit this dealership. For those of you who want a pleasant experience, and want to be able to sleep at night after you solidify your " great deal" with them, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. There are many credible dealerships on LI that really value the relationships they develop. Again in my opinion, Westbury Nissan has absolutely NO INTEREST IN YOU. More

From the moment I walked in to the door he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made my visit for service the best experience I have ever had at any car service center. He was very professional, polite, and experienced. I dropped my car off late in the evening and as promised he called the next day before 12:00 in the afternoon with an update and i was told my car was already ready for pick up. I highly recommend this service center and for anyone going there to speak directly to Sheldon. Hands down the best service experience I have ever had. More

Went in there to trade in my wife's Jeep for a rogue lease, Sales manager agreed to pick up the remaining payments, wear and tear fees and disposition fee...But when it came time to deliver he flat out denied it all. Plus, on top of everything else...Jeep had to practically beg for the Jeep back from them. They were apparently joyriding my wife's old jeep around and holding it hostage. Called corporate and they didn't seem to care either. STAY AWAY from this place. There is a reason why they change owners every few years. Sales manager was Mirza total xxxxxxxxx artist. More
Nightmare customer expirience. Purchase nice car, but still unable to tow a trailer because no one has idea how to remove lock on the hith. Finance department should be investigate by FBI for fraud activities - charged extra $1000 for warranty which is not exist, the manager in used car was nasty, did nothing to resolve problems. Overall terrible expirience, sound like have to go to the court. Did not recommend it. More
Straight forward dealer I worked with Leslie at Nissan of Westbury. He was an easy going guy and didn't try to over sell me. I've bought about 4 cars in my life and I think this dealer did the best job of getting me in a car at a fair price without a lot of surprises and hassle. More

His focus and demeanor was only to see that I was satisfied regardless if I made the purchase or not. He saw to it that all of my expectations were met and honored all of my requests as well. He really cares about taking care of the customer and treating them with respect and fairness.... A plain and legitimate guy's guy through and through.... as were all the other guys there with whom I dealt. They were all very friendly, respectful, honest and accommodating. They all have very different personalities as well but they blend together so very well. A good mix of youth and age..... Talk to Jaimie as well..... a very likeable guy from the area.... knows a lot about the area and keeps it real.... They all do actually.... Very different experience with these guys....not "robotic" but just straight talk and down to earth.... A smooth sale from start to finish... & last but not least....don't forget Charley Ecchevaria.. in sales... stop in and say hello.... ( a lady.... named Charley!!! ) A very sweet lady!!! More
Incompetent service department I am writing this review because this service center is really slow and they have no clue on what they are doing. They have the worst mechanics and service advisers I have ever dealt with. Nissan should be ashamed to let a service department like this one operate under their name. So unprofessional. My passenger seat belt kept locking up for no reason. I brought it in. They said it's suppose to be like that. I'll order a belt extender( I don't know how that will help . The guys an idiot). 2 mos later still waiting for the extender after numerous calls trying to get in touch with them. Which they never returned my calls. Well it kept happening. I bring it in again. Now I show the The new Tech what's going on. He orders a new seatbelt. Calls me for an appointment it's in. I go in. He's not working there anymore. Now I have a new Tech. She tells me they did the seatbelt. So I check it out. They never replaced it. They said they did the mechanics. Well it's still locking up. The service manager took a ride with me and it locked up on him. He told me it's a safety feature for a babies car seat. ( In NY) you are not allowed to put a babies car seat in the front seat due to the airbags. Its illegal. What a lot of Bull crap. This man is the biggest idiot I have ever met. My car is under warranty. This is a safety issue. Just replace the belt. They said we'll call Nissan tech support. They never did. Called me the next day and said my belt is fine. Now pissed off I call Nissan Corporate. Talked to consumer affairs made a report. They called Westbury and said it's fine. C.A. Told me to take it to another service center. I went to Legend in syosset. Within 24 hrs I had a new seatbelt and issue solved. Got that Westbury...Legend fixed the problem. Maybe Westbury should clean there ears out and listen to the customer. I will never ever go back or recommend Westbury Nissan service center to anyone. They should take a lesson from Legend. This is my 4 th Nissan never had a problem till this one. More
