Super Happy Called the dealership and told them I was in a bind and needed a car with 0 down if at all possible. Which they did to my surprise and now I have a nice brand new car with affordable payments. Andy Heidel showed me several vehicles that had a few of the features I wanted. He then stated he had a 2019 Sentra that had all of the features I wanted, and he could get me a good price. After visiting another dealership, I came back to see what type of deal I could get. I now have the new Sentra. More
Outstanding Was in pressed with the mechanic coming out and telling use what was really needed. Service center Had my Jeep for a month went to get it and still having problems with it cause they didn't fix it properly.. came out with more issues than it had whe Had my Jeep for a month went to get it and still having problems with it cause they didn't fix it properly.. came out with more issues than it had when we dropped it off and they refuse to fix the problem told us to take it to the Chrysler dealership that they were not fixing it because they didn't have the tools or the ability and knowledge to fix it so we will never use Nissan dealership again for any kind of services I would not recommend taking your car to have it fixed at Nissan I would not recommend buying a car from Nissan I was very disappointed in their quality of work there quality to interact with customer that have poor customer satisfaction poor communication skills you called them and they never call you back you asked what the progress is on your vehicle and you get no answers our jeep has a bumper to bumper warranty on it and they were telling us parts were not approved by the warranty company come to find out they were approved by the warranty company it shouldn't have took a month to fix our problem it should have took maybe three days at most and it took a month and now I picked up my Jeep and now it is back in the shop because they refuse to fix the problem..the mechanic that worked on our vehicle damage parts inside the engine as well on top of the work that we had done very disappointed and unsatisfied with their services More

Loose Gas Cap ligtht I came in to find out why I had a Loose Gas Cap light that wouldn’t resolve after replacing the Cap multiple times. Long story short the light progres I came in to find out why I had a Loose Gas Cap light that wouldn’t resolve after replacing the Cap multiple times. Long story short the light progressed to a Check Engine light and although I was frustrated, the staff (Jimmy) kept me fully informed and allowed me to voice my thoughts ( even though I was wrong)! Great improvements from previous experiences! I am very happy with the teamwork they show and the work they do! More

less than expected Our Vehicle had a recall on the ABS and parts were order against it but we were never notified when the part came in. 6 weeks later I dropped in to ch Our Vehicle had a recall on the ABS and parts were order against it but we were never notified when the part came in. 6 weeks later I dropped in to check on the status and they had no idea. They found the part and explained someone dropped the ball. I dropped the vehicle off the next morning and was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. The day passed and still no call. Late in the evening they finally called said it was ready. I told them I would pick it up the next day. When I arrived the next morning I found the vehicle on the open lot UNLOCKED where it had sat all night. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. More
