Hi Symoneashley, there is a certain type of technician that was needed to look at your car. When you came at 10:30 am there was already a few customers ahead of you that had came in earlier. We had to wait for those cars to be completed before we could look at yours. At that point we can determine what work needed to be done on the vehicle.
