This location always takes a VERY LONG time to service your car. I called back while two and a half hours passed and they still had not taken my car in. She was so rude and spoke to me like I was garbage. Your employee who set up my appointment told me you had two key fobs in stock. That was a lie. Then I was told the key fobs would come in the next da Your employee who set up my appointment told me you had two key fobs in stock. That was a lie. Then I was told the key fobs would come in the next day but that was also a lie. My car sat there for 4 days. Anthony was also no help. She was rude and was angry with me when I was NOT being unreasonable in my request to have the key fobs made that I was told you had in stock and it wasn’t until I sent my son with a key fob from another Nissan service center then suddenly my car was being worked on.
