I was shopping for a new vehicle and got an estimate from Kelly Blue Book to sell or trade-in my car. After learning from KBB about I was selling my car, Teddy Nissan contacted me stating that they wanted to buy my car and they would pay 10-20% above KBB estimate. I asked how much the cost of would be a 36 month 10K miles lease, if I traded-in in my car. They offered me what seemed to be a fair deal over the phone. I called the dealer representative three times to confirm the terms of the deal before I agreed to visit the dealer. When I arrived at the dealership and met the salesperson assigned to close my deal, he said he knew nothing about the agreement, adding there was no way I could get a lease for the monthly payment I was promised. That amount was actually the very same they advertised in their website, with a steep down payment, for a 18-month lease (not 36-month as I were told). My wife and I explained that we were told that the difference between the amount to pay-off our car and the KBB estimate would easily cover the down payment. Then, the salesperson, told us that instead of 20% above the KBB estimate Teddy Nissan would offer 20% below KBB sales value estimate for the car, or 30% below the trade-in estimate. That is everything we were told before were just lies to attract us there to play dreadful sales games. Furthermore, the salesperson was extremely disrespectful during the entire interaction. I have had a few bad experiences with car dealers and car salespeople. It is common sense that most of them are deceitful and dishonest. But this experience with TEDDY NISSAN was by far the worst I have had in my life! Stay away from TEDDY NISSAN and do not believe a single word they tell to attract you. They will honor nothing. More

The first week after buying the car it didn’t want to start , towed in they said it was a break switch !!! Fast forward 8 months into having the car the brakes need to be changed the battery is on red and my tires all need to be changed!! Mind y’all I’ve literally gone to get the car inspected every 3 months for the routine oil change and etc .. when they told me all that needed to be done I was pissed , they then wanted to charge me 800 dollars for tires I went else where for the tires !!! and like 240 for a new battery !! I went to get my car checked else where and my brakes are done and In a year I only added 4,000 miles on the car !!! They sold me a piece of crap used car and then the price for brakes 600+ That’s insane !!! Oh and now there’s a recall on my car . That the service guy told me I didn’t need to fix and that the pieces where not available for me or this recall under my car !! Isn’t this nice More
