Teddy Nissan did not respect the offer mailed by them! This is the second time I received an offer by mail from Teddy Nissan and both times, they did not respect the offer. The latest offer was a vip prog This is the second time I received an offer by mail from Teddy Nissan and both times, they did not respect the offer. The latest offer was a vip program to upgrade my lease. I got a code with the offer and I logged in online with the code to get the offer. Since this happened to me once before, I confirmed with the sales person that my monthly payments would remain the same, as stated in the offer. She said that they would and scheduled an appointment for me the same day. Lo and behold, when I got to the dealership the agent, Jeff, told me that it would be $100 more per month. I showed him the offer that was confirmed for me online but he said that they didn’t accept those offers at the dealership. I called the saleswoman that I spoke to online but Jeff refused to speak to her. How can you trust dealers?? Why do they trick people into coming to the dealership and then not respect the offer that they gave you! The thing that bothers me is that this is the second time that Nissan has done this to me. Why are they putting all this money into advertisements but they forget the basics...to be honest! More

Our first encounter was with mixed reviews starting with a very knowledgeable salesman named Luigi. Luigi was a very pleasant man who not only knew about nissans but with the other pre owned vehicles on the lot. Why? Because he has a passion for automotive and it shows by the answers that he response with. After talking with Luigi and us being interested in a pre-owned Ford vehicle on the lot we went over price that we witnessed on the car guru website as well as the Teddy website. The actual price was considerably more than listed. We were not happy. Luigi explained that the listed price was before a considerable down payment. Luigi then followed protocol by talking with the manager on duty, (Ramiro) and he came out to talk with us. This is when things went down hill. Let’s just say that things didn’t go well and although he (Ramiro) said that he didn’t want us to leave with a bad taste in our mouths, we did just that! We we’re angry and disappointed. We had traveled from Long Island where we live to the Bronx and we liked the car. The following day, we were contacted by a manager Rejon after reading our review. He was unaware of what happened the day before. He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. After a few phone calls by him, we realized that we would have to forget about this car and continue our search. Rejon was very kind and professional and was as helpful as he could be but at this point, we had to walk away from this car because of our finances but felt better about the business because of their continued calls to make things right. The following day, the general manager Gabriel contacted us to hear our side of the story of the negative review that we left. Gabriel wanted to correct the situation and went above and beyond to work with us and make that happen. We settled on a price and knowing that we were coming from a distance, he handed us over to Albert to finalize the details and have the car ready for when we got there. Going back for the second time was a pleasure. We were treated respectfully and professionally by all. I would absolutely recommend Teddy Nissan to everyone for the purchase of a new or pre-owned car and I thank you all for turning our experience into a positive one to start off the new year! There I met Mr. William and from the very first second he made feel like I was a member of his own family! Once he understood my needs, he went above and beyond in explaining to me the difference between each car as I was clueless about cars. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind multiple times. He even helped me with the insurance. Really, I can't find the right word to express my feelings and gratitude towards Mr. William. Buying a car seemed like a lot of homework to me, but all of that went out the window once I met William James at Teddy N To begin, I am a new driver. He explained to me with detail what were the steps that I need to take before buying a car. I also informed him that my credit wasn't great AT ALL, but he stated that it wouldn't be an issue, and that paying my dues on time will help me build my credit. I had rented a Nissan Rogue prior to going to this dealership; and I knew for a fact that I would want to purchase a similar car. I came the following week prepared with my deposit, insurance, and my proof of address. After doing all the paperwork, I met Pedro Pereira (Finance Manager), and he told me to leave all my worries in his hands. He used my credit score to determine which bank would work with me. In the end I walked out of there with at 2017 Nissan Altima. Long story short I went to another dealership before this one and it was a horrible experience. I want to thank William, Pedro and also Jeffrey (for showing me the features of the car) for giving me the best experience I could ever ask for. I was a lost child looking for her mom in the mall and Teddy Nissan Found the way. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !!!!! I'm telling all my friends and family about this!!!! More

I fell in love with the car after driving my girlfriend's for quite some time. This was my first time leasing a car and I spoke with many people about what I should be expecting and made sure to do my research. My sales rep was Elijah and I also worked Pedro and Julio. Each of these men were informative, professional, patient, and helped me get exactly what I needed. Drove home in a brand new 2017 Gray Nissan Rogue and couldn't be happier. Thank you Teddy Nissan! I explained to him my situation in regards to my negative equity and I also brought along with me my mother. We sat down I told him I really like the rogue can a deal be done he said certainly. After waiting for about an hour he said we finalized the paperwork or you have to do it wait and see the finance manager to see what approval we can get. That seemed like forever we were there for about 3 hours and I felt it was a waste of time. Finally we sat with the manager he stated ok lets run my information than my mother and he said lets see what they said. He told me ok please wait a little longer because the transaction is still pending. After waiting another half an hour the manager said we could not get an approval for you but we can try to see if another bank will when asked why since I have a co-signer with a tier one credit he stated because of my credit and the negative equity. After a few minutes Mr. Julio Batista came into the office and told me that he apologizes but said that because i missed a payment it is there policy that we cannot make a deal that Nissan cannot approve me. I told him but why mistakes happens he again said its our policy to take a trade in when someone missed a payment. I told him I waited almost 4 hours for you guys to tell me nothing can be done so I shook his hand and said let me have my keys I'm done. A few days later I received an email from quote on quote the owner who said please reach out to me and let me know what can be done to make a deal happen. I called and someone stated he was not available that she was his assistant left the message with her and waited for a call back. No one called me so i called back a few days later and she had me speak with another manager who told me that yes it is there policy to not take a vehicle who had missed a payment and when he reviewed my paperwork everything was in order but because of their policy that if you miss a payment they cannot take your trade in. I told him well let me see that in writing he told me we do not have that in writing and I said well policy can be changed but if your telling me its not in writing why couldn't a deal be done he said sorry we cant. The managers are rude all they care is about sales and money and numbers. I work for the government and I spoke to someone in the Better Business Bureau and with an attorney and they even said they should show you something in writing. I am not a smart man but I do know when my business is not wanted. I have already contacted my city congressman as well as the US Attorney General to please look into this matter, everyone should be treated fairly and shouldn't have to sit in a car dealership for hours than be told that because of their policy for a missed payment a deal could not be done. when you service the public you go above and beyond to help them with whatever it is they need to resolve the issue. Please I ask that you do your research call attorneys, contact, the BBB, Edmunds, or any other place where you can to get a vehicle rather than be turned down on a policy that they do not even have in writing. More
Terrible experience Worst customer service I've ever received from a dealership. I went in for my Bluetooth, everybody complains that they can't hear me when I use it, I always have to use the speaker phone, I went to the dealership and was told it was a software issue, I called the software people and was told I needed a new mic. I went in took a day off work to get this fixed and was told by the most unprofessional employee Luis hooker that they were not gonna change it because he can still hear it. I explained that nobody can hear me and he said that's too bad it must be your phone. I've changed phones twice and still have the same issue. My friend has a rogue and his Bluetooth sounds clear and loud. I should've stayed with Honda, won't be buying Nissan in the future. More
