thieves I asked for an oil change and they wanted to change every single filter i had!! I said NO even though they kept insisting for me to change my cabin filter and my air filter I said "DO NOT CHANGE any filters I just want an oil change" they guy said "ok" i thought "well maybe i shouldn't have been so direct but after waiting hours on the dealership the bill arrive and of course I was charged for an air filter changed which i didn't authorize. I tried to talk to the manager Jamie Risso but was "unavailable" I couldn't wait anymore and called Nissan and left several messages for the manager to call me back but i NEVER received a called back. My mother, in her sixties, wanted a low We live in Virginia, eight hours away from the Bronx. So why did I choose to buy a car from Teddy Nissan? My mother, in her sixties, wanted a low miles, lightly used car with warranty that was within her budget. She also wanted a moon roof. After much research, I found that the best deal in the entire Mid-Atlantic region - from North Carolina to New York - was at the Teddy Nissan dealership. I lived in New York for fifteen years, six of them in Queens. I knew that the Bronx was a big place. Would this be a reputable dealer? I hesitantly reached out by phone to see if it was legitimate. I found a very helpful agent in Mr. Kevin Watson-Grant. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Over the phone, we struck a deal that I was happy with for the car. The owner had someone else who was interested, but they decided to work with us instead given how far we were coming from. I was nervous during the Amtrak ride to New Rochelle, the local station. Kevin kept in touch the entire ride. He and the entire staff at Teddy made the whole process easy and relaxed. Kevin facilitated the transaction, from having someone pick us up at the local Amtrak station to making sure we were taken care of at the dealership. I also give xxxxxxto their manager, who negotiated honorably with us when we realized that the tax and registration had not been added - they met us half-way, even if cost them some of their margin. Also, thanks to their finance manager who patiently worked with us at the end. Overall, we had a very positive experience and my mother is very happy with her car. The license plate holder says that Teddy Nissan is the Huggable Dealer - I couldn't agree more. Ask for Kevin! More
DISAPPOINTED AND DECEIVING ZERO STARS........ VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED...THEY ROBBED ME... THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME THEY ROBBED ME.. THE 1ST TIME WAS 3 OR 4YRS AGO. WHEN I LEASED ZERO STARS........ VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED...THEY ROBBED ME... THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME THEY ROBBED ME.. THE 1ST TIME WAS 3 OR 4YRS AGO. WHEN I LEASED A CAR AND I HAD TWO MORE PEOPLE BUY CARS EVEN THOU THEY ROBBED ME STILL GAVE THEM BUSINESS. BUT THEN I DECIDED TO BANNED THEM, AS MY LEASE GOT CLOSER THEY CALLED , CALLED AND CALLED. IF IT WASN'T FOR MY WIFE TO TELL ME LETS GO HERE THEM OUT.. SO NOT ONLY DID WE GET TWO CARS GUESS WHAT COME TO FIND OUT AFTER DOING RESEARCH ON THE LEASE AND PRICES THEY GAVE. IT WAS TOTALLY OVER PRICES WENT TO ABOUT 3 MORE NISSAN TO GET INFO AND SHOW THEM WHAT THEY DID. THEY LAUGHED AT ME AND SHOOK THEIR HEADS IN SHAME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .. I GOT TO BETTER DEALS AFTER THE FACT I GOT THE CARS FROM TEDDY....VERY VERY VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. THEY WILL BE BANNED FOR LIFE. CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU WHAT ELSE HAPPENED. Lease Return Lies I have been a Teddy Nissan customer since 2013 and was excited to return my lease and get something new. However the experience was a nightmare. Kenny I have been a Teddy Nissan customer since 2013 and was excited to return my lease and get something new. However the experience was a nightmare. Kenny Wright assured me that there would not be any additional charges upon returning my lease including excessive wear and tear due to a promotion. When I did receive a bill for excessive wear and tear from Nissan, I called and spoke to Mike Danys. His customer service skills were incomprehensible; he was rude, disrespectful and condescending. He nor Kenny Wright took any responsibility for the fact that they did not honor the promotion they promised. This is not how you do business. I was treated poorly and was disappointed because my original experience in 2013 was fairly positive. Last time I ever do business or recommend anyone to Teddy Nissan! More

The worst experience ever I entered Teddy Nissan and was approached by the valet who offered to park my truck. One of the valet guys German followed us in to the dealership an I entered Teddy Nissan and was approached by the valet who offered to park my truck. One of the valet guys German followed us in to the dealership and offered to show us the vehicle we travelled 2 and 1/2 hours to see. A real disappointment a 2012 Nissan Rogue that was in horrible condition. The bumper looked like they patched up the peeling paint with white out, grease all over the seats, and 2 tones of white paint where you can see the car was in an accident. German took the car out with us for the test drive and when I commented the car looked bad for a 2012 he said "mam it is a used vehicle". I am the customer and don't appreciate being talked down to especially by a valet or whatever title he wanted to be that day. When I asked him to speak with the manager about the price.he came out and told me the car had been sold that moment and the lady was 2 desks down signing for that car. All this time wasted and they tried to sell me another vehicle. What kind of dealership is this! So that dealership is test driving vehicles with other peoples insurance because of lack of communication. The secretary Kiara was on the phone with me giving me directions right up until the time I entered the dealership and the only thing she said was I didn't know the car was sold. No communication no one knew anything. A bunch of incompetent people. Big mistake for anyone doing business with Teddy "the clown" dealership. More
