Teddy Nissan consistently surpasses my expectations and wants every time I pay them a visit. For the "Would you recommend this dealership?" question. I purchased a 2009 Versa earlier this year and due to my excessive driving there were a multitude of servicing needs it required. Needs that would have really been an unwanted added expense as I was still making payments on the vehicle. So after receiving these quotes I decided to pay Mr. James another visit. Not only did he confirm my suspicions of overpaying in the upkeep of my Versa but he offered an AMAZING deal on a 2013 Special Edition Rogue!! Both Mr. James and Mr. Pereira were beyond polite, clear, patient, understanding, and available to all my inquiries. Especially Mr. James, he made him self available and allowed me to take some days to think about the offer and wasn't pushy or impatient as we all know most salesmen tend to be. Last year he met my family and to this day he remembered each one and asked about their well being. Now that may not be a big deal for some but I know that he meets with a lot of people on a day to day basis and to specifically remember details like that really show true customer care, I was a person not just a dollar sign. Even now I think shock would best describe how I feel, I never thought I would walk away with a brand new vehicle. Even my co-workers were in disbelief because the last they saw me I said I was on my way to fix my breaks, then I come back with a new car. When I pulled up my mom ran outside in her night gown just screaming and hugging me. This experience was truly one I will always remember and share with anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new car. I'm just so excited that I get to start 2014 the right way ....the Teddy way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
