William James my salesmen is phenomenal, from day one, two years ago he has been someone I could talk to and get answers from, I understand he is selling cars but our relationship goes beyond that, he is now a friend, almost family, my girlfriend and Uncle have also bought cars from Teddy and William has treated them with the utmost respect and that goes along way. I am very cynical about the customer service that I am given in todays world, but at Teddy Nissan, old fashion values exist and customer satisfaction, not the sale comes first. I went into the dealership with the intention of simply looking at a few vehicles and getting an idea of which would suit my needs at a lease price that I could afford. After sitting and meeting with Moshe looking at a few vehicles and getting an idea of which would suit my needs at a lease price that I could afford. After sitting and meeting with Moshe Claudio he helped me to figure out which vehicle would be best for me to use not only as a personal vehicle but also as a work vehicle. I ended up leasing a 2013 Nissan Altima. The car has a sleek yet professional look and gets great gas mileage which was very important to me. The car is also very roomy, extremely fun to drive and has a huge trunk. Moshe has followed up with me on several occasions to see if I have any issues or concerns regarding the vehicle and also called on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday.
