From the moment I placed the call to Teddy Nissan to ask questions, I receive a model of what customer service should really be. The young lady who answered the phone was very hospitable. I went in at the time of our appointment and met Mr. William James of their sales team. What a gentleman! He listened intently at what I had to offer and gave me all my possible options - to have me driving a new vehicle asap. While sittng with Mr. Williams I got a call on my cell phone from the young lady that took my original call. She was making sure that I was OK - that I had made it in. Great follow-up! While Mr. James and I worked out numbers etc, the personnel of the dealership made sure our children were occupied viewing the large flat screen inside the showroom floor. When one makes such an investment it's good to know that you have professionals like Mr. James and Mr. Julio Batista on your side who know what they're doing and put the "true" facts and financials on the table. Today my family and I are sporting a brand new Nissan Rogue. We love it! My 7 year old son keeps saying, "Dad, I love the smell of our new car!" He was able able to put together a loan package that I had inquired about and met every financial goal that I had in mind. Jonathan worked my deal tofit my budget and I apreciated the fact that he treated me with the respect and same professionalism the William James executed. He didn't try to hassle me with the APR like the other dealerships I had encountered. I must say it was a tremendous car buying experience and I have brought several vehicles in the past but this experience so far has been the most gratifying. They offer you they're assistance when needed while you look around and make themselves available ONLY whenever you are ready. There was one particular individual by the name of Mr. Williams James. Boy! At first he seemed a bit self centered but I later realized he was pretty much in demand from all the phone calls and paging. Mr. James will tell you the performance, features and why that particular car, suv or truck will work for you. He emphasizes not to purchase a vehicle with emotions, but with realistic common sense and your uses. He accepted my trade in and worked closely with the finance guys to get me the best price and monthly payments on my vehicle of choice. Mr. James not only did this but had my vehicle delivered the next morning only to ensure the vehicle was ready for the road as per tires air pressure, registration, detailing and so forth. Mr. James made me feel like I hit the lottery with my vehicle and called me a week later to ensure if I was still happy with the vehicle.
