My experience at Teddy Nissan was amazing. I was told to go to Teddy to buy a car, but I didn't really want to travel that far I was looking for a place in Brooklyn or Queens. The receptionist was very polite I might add, but met I William James and he made me feel like we were related, I got so comfortable with him that I felt I could take my shoes off and relax. He was very helpful, no rush, very polite and tried to get me in the vehicle I wanted no matter what he pushed hard to get me into that car. We went for a test drive and he let me handle it, and actually TEST the car out which was great, fell in love with it right away. This isn't my first time buying a car but the experienced this time was great. I do recommend anyone from anywhere to go to Teddy Nissan and ask for William James. Mr. James gave me VIP treatment from the time I entered his presence. He was courteous, friendly, patient and never seemed to be in a hurry or pressure me into buying a car that I might regret. Even days after I had taken my cars home Mr. James gave me a follow up call to make sure that I wasn't having any problem. I think Mr. James is the most thought salesman I've ever met and I thank him for his service. More
